Affordable Housing Trust Chair Patrick White says Stockbridge needs to attract young people and families, and that smaller, lower cost homes are a key to reaching that goal.
Some minor adjustments to town zoning could pave the way for small scale homes that require less land and are cheaper to build. Patrick White says those more affordable homes could help to restore a better demographic balance to Stockbridge.
